A really fantastic restaurant; varied food choices of an excellent standard, first class service and reasonably priced, hence regular family visits to the restaurant over the past few years!

As it's our local restaurant, have been here quite a few times and taken along various friends/family. Have never had a bad meal and always made welcome - the owners even remember names. House wine is delicious - it had changed last time we went but still great value for money. In my opinion, a restaurant that never disappoints - a rare treat indeed.

I love this place it is hidden in sydenham highstreet but is a little gem.

My parents took me and my fella there for my birthday we had an amazing meal the seafood spag was amazing the fish soo fresh. The afters was a Baileys Cheescake which was to die for. They even sang happy birthday to me and the songs sung buy the owner make the night even more special.

I would recomend andone to go here.

Have reviewed That's Amore befoe but have to say that I think it's gone from strength to strength. Very good food, good often fantastic atmosphere, lovely people who run it - and great value.

One of the best restuarants I've ever been to... the food was amazing, and at a great price!

The atmosphere is great and the people are lovely and really friendly - If you get to hear Gianni sing it even better (it thats possible!)

I recommend it to everyone!!!

We recently went to Thats amore in Sydenham and were a party of over 20.

The service was fantastic from the moment we stepped through the door. It was a very friendly, welcomming restaurant, who clearly enjoyed making everyone feel welcome.

The menu covered everyones taste, and the food was to die for.

I had the Crab starter, Fillet steak and Cheesecake - all of which were out of this world

In our party of 20, not one of us had a complaint with the food.

There were no leftovers from anyone....at all!!!

We all highly reccoment this great place, and will definately be going back soon..

I have just returned from an evening at That's Amore, arranged a suprise meal for eight for my wifes 50th birthday, had not used the place before, what can I say other than FANTASTIC, was made to feel like an old friend, my 2year old grandaughter was treated like a princess by the staff, the food was excellent, the wine good, and sevice could not be faulted. will most certanly be going back soon. thank you for a great night.

booked for the first time on Friday, and have to say that I really enjoyed my evening. I had the sea bass, followed by the home made cheese cake for desert and have to say that the food was great. They had live music, the service was nice and friendly, giving the place a really nice atmosphere. I will be back.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. Giani is amazing and it is one of my regulars. I always advise others to try this truely magnificant place.

Excellent for romantic couples aswell.

Think we must have had an off night here. It appeared that they were short staffed - tables were left unprepared and was taking an age to be served (our waiter looked like he was also cooking in the kitchens). Starters were very good (but you can’t really go wrong with mushrooms and goats cheese). The issue lay with the mains - my partners had duck in a cherry sauce. The duck was fine but the sauce was from tinned cherries and the duck was drowning in it. My steak Rossini sauce also had a distinctive packet taste to it. Oh and the al dente carrots were so al dente they had not been cooked.

It is such a shame as I have been before and enjoyed it - that time there was lots of staff on. But afraid it has really put me off going again.
