I was there recently, and was not impressed. Small portions, very mediocre at best food, and nothing on the wine list for less than £15. This for a chain restaurant attached to Baker Street station. Not surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't busy, and the atmosphere (Guns'n'Roses music??) left something to be desired.
Won't be rushing back.....

Although Little Italy is a small chain, this is definitely one of my favourites restaurants and I've enjoyed dinner there countless times.
Decor is appealing, and service is good, with nice, friendly staff, and there's a varied menu with plenty of imagination. I'm fond of the seafood pizza which has seafood in shells, calamari and is generally a real feast and full of flavours and textures; portions are significantly better than the big name pizza chains, and the food is always of a high standard.
Halibut baked in foil with olives, capers and herbs, and accompanied by rosemary potatoes, was presented fresh and steaming, and was absolutely delightful, even if the fish was perhaps slightly overdone.
There's a specials menu and decent bread / marinated olives to kick off proceedings (though a cover charge is assumed for this). Prices of food and wine are about average - perhaps a little above - but the wines are good too which is a bonus.
I like to sit by the window with the Standard and watch life go by in Baker Street outside; I'd advise anyone in the area to try Little Italy - you'll most likely return for more.
