Having visited this cafe over the Christmas period I have to confess this is not an experience I want to repeat.
From the outside the place looks fantastic and is beautifully decorated. That is the only positive thing I can say about the place.
We order 2 afternoon teas, quiche and a sandwich, plus drinks. The afternoon tea was by far the worst I have ever had. The quiche had clearly been made in advance and reheated in a microwave (the pastry is a give away when reheated this way). The sandwich was at best average.
To sum up I would say that the cafe has ideas of grandeur that it simply does not live up to. The prices are heavily inflated for the extremely poor quality of food served.
Looks can definitely be deceiving!

we ordered a birthday cake from this patisserie (Regent Street branch).
It was ordered in timely manner like 1 week before the event. and checked again two days before.
cake was supposed to include blackberries and raspberries, inside and on the top.
when we got in in the day no blackberries on top all! it was supposed to at least have some fruit in the middle but we found only 2 blackberries there.
overall cake was not what we've ordered, not up to standards.
when we asked to the waitress, she said I guess we run out of blackberries! she kept saying I'm sure it's gonna be alright. there should be lots of them inside.
and there were lots of cakes with blackberries at their screen but not in our cake!
so no more cakes from Caffe Concerto for us anymore. if you want your birthday to be special, do not order from this patisserie.
