the staff aren't the most cheerful, it's true. But they are reasonably efficient. It's a child-friendly place (with room for buggies etc) but not in the overdone, slightly cloying up-itself way of somewhere like Crumpet on Northcote Road.
We both had hamburgers and they were superb - better than Gourmet Burger Kitchen I think. We bought some cakes to take away (lemon and carrot) and they were great too. I have been back a couple
of times since for more cake. This may have to stop.

Great food, superb coffee best location but such dreadful service. No smile, now elcome and no thankyou.
This is our third time to this cafe and our last. Every time the staff seem so unhappy and so unfriendly to their greatest resource 'the customers' Come on 'owner' either shape the staff up to be more customer friendly or get some new staff

Excellent French patesserie. The selection of mouth watering patisserie's are spectacular - it will take you back to your last trip to Paris. The atmosphere is friendly, a great place to chill out.
