Me and my husband were very pleased with our overall experience at this restaurant.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite sensitive to the customers needs. The food was prepared at a reasonable rate so we didn't have to wait too long between courses.
When the food came the meat and chicken dishes were cooked very well and very tender. Very high quality ingredients and delicious food. There were a good range of dishes and prices were reasonable.
The atmosphere was relaxing with good décor and quite a comfortable environment. The location is good too, near the Ealing shopping centre and good access to buses and tube/train stations nearby.
We were very impressed and would definitely recommend to others.

As a recent convert to Lebanese food I've less experience than some about what is or isn't authentic. I've eaten from a place in North London which was okay but have to say these guys seem to be way ahead in the eyes of my partner and her family, who are from the Lebanon. The service is always excellent and friendly and always really polite. The food is awesome, I love the Armenian sauasages, and have enjoyed a mixed grill and the 5 spice lamb. Their takeaway service is always brilliant. Can't get enough and find it unlikely I'll go elsewhere to get my Laban fix. The wine is also pretty tasty.

The garden was nice until they changed the music. They used to play Arabic music but now it is all disgusting rap and r&b.

This restaurant blow my mind, the food was the best lebanese food i had ever tasted and im arabic myself and have tried nearly every lebanese restaurant in the UK and dubai, but nothing could compare to the food at Karaam the staff werevery friendly ad helpful with their recommendations of the wine, my girlfriend fell in love with the falafel and for mains i had their chefs special Five spice Lamb, the lamb was very tender and the rice had slices of carrot which added to the amazing flavour .
What added to our meal was their romantic candle lite shisha garden which added a spark to me and my girlfriends night.
Highly recommend this place especially if you enjoy a good atmospher and love Lebanese food.
the waiter even informed us that they will be doing karoake in the garden on sundays which should be fun.

I went to kaaram to celebrae my 18th birthday I booked a table in advance and I asked for information on all charges and nothing was said about service charge and the food was horrible the service was bad. I had asked in advance about the belly dancer and what time she was going to be there and she didn't even turn up The shisha garden was over crowded and too hot and the shisha was of a very poor quality I will never go there ever again.I recommend you dont go there if you want to have a good time ended up paying £100 service change and £20 for juice and then we left and went to another restaurant.
