Nanobyte Bar

Just got back from lunch here for a a friend at work's leaving lunch.

I can only pressume the staff forgot to add the rum to my mojito, or the sugar for that matter as it was essentially lime juice with the usual lashings of ice, and a sprig of mint.

The service was atrocious, when the food did eventually arrive (they certainly didn't seem to have grasped the concept of their patrons being on a lunch 'hour')they had forgotten one of the meals we had ordered and there wasn't time for them to rectify this before we had to go, not that they showed any inclination in doing so anyway.

The fish and chips was adequate although the pieces of fish generous, the other food we had, including cold baked potato with chili con carne and barely-any-chicken with sweet chili and cheese sandwich were average at best.

Lastly, they seemed positively offended that, as they had delayed us so much, we were having to leave, and settle the bill, in small groups.

I can only assume, going by the previous reviews, that they have recently changed management or something as this was one of the worst places in Soho I've been for lunch and would not hesitate in recommending you steer well clear.

Open, lively yet intimate, service better than anywhere else in London, nothing pompous or self important like most that grace the capital.. this is just a good honest bar.. with personality and a difference! Ranks up the top!

Stopped in for lunch. Food was good. Service was very good. Nice to have a good pub meal in a pub like environment.

Went there a couple of weeks ago en-route to a foo fighters gig. Great food, good selection of beers. Nice open space

Have come here with work a few times. Quite nice, busy bar. Great for a laugh after a hard days slog!

Went to Nanobyte for New Year and had a great time. Service was friendly and efficient, food was great value and as its also a bar, the atmosphere later on was nicely buzzing. I'll definitely be going back!

Barman can't pour Guinness, wouldn't change it when pointed out the head was too small. Managers's attitude terrible...don't go here!
