Annex 3
your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne
We went to Annex 3 for a friends birthday. They have recently changed their head chef and are re-working their menu. We had a fairly large group of 13 people but they handled all our requests quickly and efficiently.
We began the evening with drinks in the booth area to the left of the bar, we then moved to a large table for our meals and back to the booth for desert and more drinks. The food and drinks were all great, the only complaint being that the beer drinkers amongst us only had a selection of two bottled beers, neither of which were particualarly good.
Would return again.

I have been coming here since the first week that they opened and i have seen chefs and managers come and go.The food has gone from french with a japanese twist to classic french and now its modern asian.I must say that things are just improving and its pretty obvious that they are making a conscious effort to change for the better.Thats why i keep coming back as i applaud their enthusiasm, plus i just work around the corner.

I came here with my partner for Valentine's day, our friend, who manages the sister restaurant of here had phoned ahead as a surprise and organized champagne for our table. It didn't show. Similarly, there seemed to have been some problem getting a table (being Valentine's perhaps not surprising) but when we arrived, the place was only half full. The menu was particularly uninspiring, with your regular modern French stuff reeled out with no originality or flair, and no japanese twist as advertised. The decor was kooky, but not finished to a particularly high standard and my partner's chair was terribly uncomfortable. Toilets tacky. All in all, there are better places to spend your cash - more fun and better value for money.

Brilliant night was had by all my friends an I at Annex 3. I cant remember the last time I had such a great night. The staff and clientel were all so nice and friendly. It was like one big party. It is very rare to find a place where you are comfortable, almost like beeing at home with friends. I think the casualness and the warmth is very refreshing and unlike most west end venues. There is such a nize buzz and i would like to thank everyone there for creating such a cool place.

You need to be sure why you are going to Annex 3 for dinner before you go - is it to be seen and get into the "vibe" or is it to have a chilled dinner with your loved one? If it's the latter, this is not the right place. Annex 3 does not compare to it's sister restaurant/bar Les Trois Garcon/Loungelover. The food was mediocre, it was incredibly noisy, we were sitting so close to the couples on either side of us that we eventually engaged in conversation with them. Not a place I would go again to be honest.

This place is a disaster. Our party of 6 walked out. After being seated an hour late, we ordered from a menu that has 5 starter & 5 main courses. After 45 minutes and no starter we were then informed that they had run out of steak! The starters came and were a joke! Steer clear from this "bar".

After anticipating a romantic night out with the fella we felt sorely let down by this restaurant. After a false booking with Top Table we phoned Annex 3 direct and were reassured we would have a table, even though we may eat late.
Upon arrival, and being passed from person to person, the managaress steamed over. We stood there experiencing what i can only describe as a rude and agressive manner. The managaress made no attempt to compensate us in any way for their mistake, and the girl who falsely booked us didnt even have the nerve to come and explain. It put a real downer on the night and I shall not be going to Annex 3 again in a hurry.

A friend threw a small party for 60 close friends the other weekend and we were all very impressed.
The service was first class, absolute professionalism, there when needed but not in your face. Any request, dealt with promptly and without fuss, including sourcing us a Birthday cake at 10:30pm.
I expected the food to suffer with 60 sat for dinner, but the qulaity was again very good.
Would rate this as one of the best bars/restaurants in the West End.

Went here for drinks several times before Christmas and loved the place - great vibe, attentive staff, zany decor, and wonderfully free from pretentiousness. Highlight had to be their cocktails menu though, which was one of the most original and extensive - yet also reasonably priced - I have come across in London.
Returned last week to discover their "new" menu - unimaginative and uninspiring, but worst of all the prices have practically doubled since last month.... Qu'est on fait, Annex Trois?
There are few places where I would justify paying more than ten pounds for a drink, and I'm afraid Annex 3 isn't one of them.

Six of us went for drinks and then dinner afterwards . We were all very impressed with the whole experience right from the start to the end . Annex 3 has one of the nicest staff in the west end . The drinks were truly scrumptious and the food really hit the spot . All of us agreed that it was really tasty and the portion were just right . We are all in our early 30's and go out all the time. I personally had the best time, the place was buzzing and the interior was amazing. Thanks guys and I will blow your horn !!
