Having booked in advance, when we arrived the waiter rudely said there was no booking, but realised on closer inspection we had in fact had a table set up.

When ordering, he said they have a policy of two starters per person, something I have never heard of before. He also failed to provide the complimentary starters and fruit that was being provided to those around us.

We found the head staff member incredibly rude and ignorant, having taken the wrong orders down.
