Went on 2 December - worst place I have ever been to. We were a party of 14 celebrating 2 birthdays, even though food was pre-ordered, we had to reorder! Waited just under 2 hours to be served anything and I personally had to return my main course as it was tasteless, the rest of company were not impressed with the good. Because we had the 'audacity' to complain about the service, we were barred from the nightclub and asked to leave the premises.

The service was really poor we went Saturday 3rd Nov 2006 and had to wait 1hr 30 mins from our starters for our main course when it arrived it was only just warm no one apologized and when we asked we were told there was a problem with the chef but all tables around us were being served we were then offered a free coffee for the wait this is the first time i've never left a tip in my entire life it could have been so much better evening if they just tried harder

All dressed up but nowhere to go! Thats how i'd sum up this West End joint.

Started in the bar downstairs for a pre-meal drink...unimaginative, bog-standard selection (i.e. 'what rum do you have?'...'Bacardi, thats it!')

Bar pretty empty, so no atmos. Next, went up to the restaurant - had organised a bottle of Champagne (b'day celebration) to be on the table for our imminent arrival - it wasn't. Staff were smiley & pleasant, but vacant. When we came to order, the girl proceeded to rattle off several items that were no longer on the menu...Friday night, 9pm - is this not restaurant prime-time?! And the place was only a quarter full! Food was 5.5 / 6 out of 10. The wine list is absolutely shocking - hidden amongst pages of cocktails, with no info at all. Decor is a bit tacky, piano guy cut a rather forlorn figure - overall, this touch wasn't particularly subtle (sound) or harmonising with his choice of repertoire (hotel california etc.) The bar upstairs seemed the only real live spot later on, but boy was it hot in there! Again though, lousy bar.

Think restaurant, think Leicester Square - THINK NOT!

What a fantastic restaurant!! My Partner & I were Greeted by a very friendly smiling face, we were shown to a perfect table (all tables well spaced so lots of privacy!) The low lighting, candles & piano made it the perfect romantic setting. I was spoiled for choice with the menu! I'll have to visit again so I can try the other dishes!! There specials were just as tempting if not more than the regular menu.

The food arrived at perfect intervals and was amazing, the portions were just the right size, I did'nt have that horrible still hungry/oh so full feeling!! My partner managed to convince me to share a Dessert and Im glad I did as it was the perfect end to a perfect evening!

Will definately be going back and I would highly recommend the Sticky Ribs!!!

Really enjoyed our pre-theatre meal here. I'd seen a review on the web which described this place as a pleasant surprise, and I agree - the location screams tackiness but inside is a different story. Nice selection on the set menu, the food arrived quickly and was excellent. We didn't have time for a bottle of wine, but the house red was very drinkable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor and atmosphere were also excellent. Can't recommend this place highly enough if you want something quick but enjoyable before your trip to the theatre.

A very disappointing resuarant. We pre-booked for a christmas meal for 12. No effort was made to accommadate this, not a cracker in sight. Sparkling water, desired wine and cocktails were not available when requested. The starter of Duck spring rolls was great, but was really really disappointed with the main course of a traditional christmas dinner. This consisted of turkey, a bit of stuffing, 3 brussel spouts and potatoe cut in half. This was followed by desert which was a great improvment on the main. All for a grand £35!!

Good food, good service. Atmosphere was great -- especially with the pianist playing. :-)

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Smack bag in the middle of Leicester Square. I thought the service would be awful and the venue packed with tourists....but I was wrong.

The restaurant is at the top of the building which houses a bar and a club. The restaurant has a lovely interior, lots of space in between the tables with a pianist in the corner and you can not hear anything from the rooms below.

Not the biggest menu of Modern European food but some pleasing veggie options for me. The service was a bit slow but we were not in a hurry so it did not bother me. 4 of us went, had bread and olives x2 to share, 4 mains, 3 coffees and 1 Irish coffee, 2 bottles of wine and 2 beers =£35 each. Recommended.
