The Burger Room & Grill

I want to this American restaurent last night .They had special offers because there was special occasion.The staff were friendly , efficient ,helpful and very polite and the service was very smooth .The atmospher was warm and cosy .I liked the decor which is modern and very fashionable.There were people dancing with magic music .The food was very spicy ,tasty and rich

In fact,I would'nt like to stay in the queue because there were over crowded and packed.The prices were reasonable.I hope to come back again with my friend.

It was wonderful restaurent.I love American food above all.

Mmmmmmmmm..... the food at Felinis is sooooooooo good, the pizza chef is amazing especially with his party tricks of tossing the pizza doe in the air certainly made my kids happy!!! The staff were all fab especially the gay chinese guy, he was so helpful and a great waiter however you could see his manager isn't too keen on him. Def 110% will be visting again and again and again!!!!!!

Wow! The Burger Room is now called Felini's and is FANTASTIC, with still the same food on offer they now do the most amazing Pizza's, Pasta's, starters - the menu has so much to offer i wanted to order everything! They've had a makeover too and it looks fab! So pleased to have you back, even with a new name!!

9 of us went. Staff were extremely accomodating, food was very tasty, hot and plentiful. Cost averaged out at £15 per head including couple of bottles of wine, three buds and a few other drinks.

Will return.

We went on a Saturday night & it was packed but we were completely looked after! The food was fantastic, 6 of us went and had a bit of everything and it was all delicious and of high standard-great onion rings! The service was very good and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommended!

Continuation of my review,it was 8.30pm no other customers in resturant, i was most offened (considering the bill) to be presented with a squeezy bottle of ASDA'S mustard ( at least remove the lable)and to have my burger served in a semi frozen ASDA'S economy bap! i shall recomend this burger bar to no one, infact i shall warn everyone i come in to contact with to stear clear

Cockfosters resturant, am writing this while waiting for toast!Bill came to £36.00. had childrens meal of burger and fries, bap was cold otherwise ok (child not at all fussy) and a coke. Partner had Bacado burger, fies and JD and coke, bap stone cold,realish almost frozen burger luke warm. I had veggie burger(mash pots flavoured with haddock) bap frozen, burger cold.yuk! and a bud.What a RIP OFF

I went with a group of people to celebrate a friends birthday and found that the original burger that i had was very tasty and the chips were very nice aswell. The service was efficent and good aswell. The atmosphere in there was very quiet as there was only our table and an other that were full but still pleasing all the same. The value for money was worth even though i wasn't paying! But still i recommend this to people who have kids who like burgers and American food. I for one will certainly be visiting it again as the burgers are delicious!

Really nice place, I had the burger without a bun and my hubby had it with everything on it, cheese and egs etc, there was a party of 6 of us and food and service was great, 2 of us were early and we got a bowl of chips while we waited. Great service and great place, will suite old and young.

Excellent potato wedges and onion rings. Ok burgers and chips. Chicken was dangerously underdone, but they were very apolgoetic, replaced with fresh one, and removed from the bill too.

Service from east european waitress great, older guy (manager?) ok but seemed a bit stressed.
