I went to Dragon City Restaurant (above Loon Fung Supermarket) recently and was amazed at the progress they have made since the old owners.
The service was ok, not amazing but it was VERY busy. However, the dimsum made up for all the waiting. It was so nice that I would have waited longer... it was worth every minute. Then I found out that the dim sum chefs were recruited from Hong Kong, so they made every item themselves and was very fresh! My family loved it so much, we are now pretty much regulars every Sunday.
I have tried their other food apart from dimsum, and I can honestly say that it was marvelous. The pricing is very reasonable too, relative to Central London it was much cheaper! Plus there is free parking outside - great when you have lots of kids like me. There are tubes stations nearby, but if the parking is free, then why not make the most of it?

We go sometimes for Dim Sum. The service is quick and the food is lovely. We really enjoy going.

The restaurant is part of the Loon Fung supermarket and is located above the shopfloor.
When you walk into the restaurant, the first thing you will notice is the lack of windows and no natural light. It felt like an enclosed banquet room with dimmed lights.
The place tends to get busy, especially during weekends whilst people go to the supermarket for grocery shopping.
Dim sum food was ok but nothing spectacular. Lacking in the amount of varieties and choices compared to other similar restaurants.
Have not tried their main evening dishes therefore cannot comment.
Prices for dim sum were fairly reasonable.
The service was standard.

This is a quality restaurant in the vast Loon Fung supermarket building.
It's quality is verified by a loyal Chinese customer base.
High quality Dim Sum.
A reasonably decorated room with one small window looking into the supermarket.
This place is something of a hidden secret.
