An unpretentious little (nine tables) Spanish restaurant, with an authentic feel, and excellent food.
A first rate paella prepared to order, a half bottle of wine and a sweet will set a couple back £50 (service compris), which, I feel sad to say, in 2007 is very hard to beat in our capital.
Highly recommended for those of us on a limited budget who want a Spanish meal as we would get in Spain.

This is a small but pleasant restaurant. Restaurants like this one are few to find. There is a homely feel to it and has an atmosphere that is difficult to hate.
If you visit this restaurant for the first time you will surely want to visit it again and again adn agian and you will never want to stop as it is a lovely place and trust me when i say you will fall in love with it.
The service is amazing and the food is great. Go ahead and visit this restaurant and you will end up with a memerable experience.

The restaurant is tucked away just off Edgware Road but is conveniently located within a short distance from the underground station.
The inside of the restaurant is fairly small but has a homely / family feel to it. When my wife and I visited, the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the evening. However, when it came to the food we were very disappointed with the dishes we ordered from the fish menu - they were badly cooked, poorly presented and, on reflection, over priced (the main course averaged just over £17 a head). The dish lacked flavour, yet somehow managed to leave a bad after taste my mouth. Perhaps my opinion would be different had it been a quarter of the price. While this would not change my opinion that the food was lack lustre, it may justify the similarity to food served at a motorway service station.
I have read mixed reviews about this restaurant. In general, nobody has faulted the atmosphere or service but the quality of the food has generated differing opinions. If you are keen to try this restaurant, my only advice can be to steer clear of the fish menu.

I really reccomend this restaurant to anyone who wants typical sapnish or italian food and a very good atmosphere. The service is excellent and there is a great range of wines. The people are very friendly.

Charming and authentic , we are of course reffering to the waiters red waistcoats and matching bow ties!
Front room dining, bar nestled in corner serving the most delightful Spanish brandy. Standard food with no frills, we had a lovely time.
