The place was recommended to us by a few friends... what were they thinking ... the food was in the form of an oily buffet and it was rarely topped up so many dishes were unavailable, the waiters are impolite and the food is way too expensive for the quality. The tables are very spaced out and many tables are right next to the toilets which are v. unclean. The squid was of pood quality and much of the food was too spicy to even comtemplate having another portion.
The party of 15 i was with ended up eating cucumbers the whole night and getting a portion of chips form the chippy afterwards !

Decent pricing compared to other Chinese buffet restaurants.
Good selection of food, although not of the highest quality.
Vary spacious and clean.

I took my mum for her birthday dinner. being a Chinese family, I can genuinely say this is not how we cook Chinese food..
too fried, too oily, the prawns or food you really aim for, way too spicy so that you cannot eat a lot..
overpriced

I think that Chopstix Xchange is too OVER PRICED. Average of £16-20 per head is way too much to pay. The price increases quite often.
Make a change...make people happy and not turn their noses up at the expensive prices...Please take into account my complaint and try and work on it.
Many thanks if you do.
