Whilst Est Est Est is in a excellent setting and the newly refurbished restuarant looks stunning, unfortunatly its definitly a case of style over substance.
They had run out of the first two bottles of wine we asked for (A Sauvignon del Veneto and a Pinot Grigio) and this was quite early on a Saturday evening.
The Garlic Bread was thin and dry, and the main courses (we both had pasta) werent up to much either. All very well presented, but fairly bland and tasteless. The pizzas are probably a better bet for a main.
The desserts were better, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Having said that the service was very good, its just a shame about the lack of culinary skills in the kitchen.
Compared to Strada (another Italian chain), the setting/atmosphere and service are much better, but the food in Strada is much tastier.
A good place to go for drink before going to one of the other restaurants on Bellevue Road!
