Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite booking multiple hours beforehand and notifying the restaurant we had a tastecard, our tastecard was rejected at the point of payment. We'd mentioned to the servers we had a tastecard when we first entered the restaurant and they acknowledged it. However, when it came to the bill, our discount was refused without the manager offering any sort of compensation and showing no remorse for his actions. The food was, at best, average. There are a number of other restaurants of this type offering far superior food. Would not recommend, it's not worth a visit.
