Michelle, i totally agree YOUR comment.
I'm a regular customer who normally go to visit twice a week. However, now i didn't go there very often even the food quality is still good as my two lovely waitress and waiter have left the restaurant.
They are what all the comments were talking about, polite, nice, humorous staff, provided great service, giving you a home feeling.Nevertheless, everything has changed after they were not working at there.
The service now is poor, for example, i need to wait long for my drinks or food order and the time for them to prepare my drinks even there is 4 staff working compare to only 3 staff working in the past which i thought the service will improve as they got 1 extra staff.
Hopefully, the service will improve back to the normal.

In average, this is a good restaurant, but not the best one.
I'm a new customer who got to know this restaurant through this website. The food is exactly what the comment mention about. However, their food is taking long time to cook. Last week, i have been waiting for "30mins" for my main course while the restaurant was only got 5 tables customer.
The service is AWFUL, one of the waitress who all the time standed near the wine fridge and didn't notice my tea pot lid has opened for about 15mins. It not happened once in that night as i have to call other waitress to refill my tea at least 5 times in a meal.No wonder how GOOD food will force me not going back.
I finally found out WHY all the comments were WRONG as ALL COMMENTS were added before my FIRST visit in this RESTAURANT.

Sometimes i really wonder how the food critic picks a restaurant for reviews.Do you have to have a name like Alan Yau,Gordon Ramsay or Show your face on TV?Well to all the food critics shame on you guys! Well! you guys missed on this one,
perhaps next time try looking at small places.ME and my partner visit this restaurant atleast twice a month.Man! the food is amazing homemade tofu( I bet Alan and Gordon buy it from Chinatown) braised aubergine in claypot and the curry laksa to die for.Annie and Hubby(CHEF) they know what people want and the menu is simple and straight foward unlike the rest star rated restaurant.

This is a true gem of a restaurant in between Golders Green and Finchley Road.
The Thai Green Chicken Curry is amazing, their Shredded Smoked Chicken is to die for. Great service, lovely family owners. The place is spotless. It is just a shame that it is not busier than it is. It should be packed every night!!! For great, home cooked Pan Asian cuisine, you cannot get much better. Its that good!

Blue Pacific has really polite, humorous staff. The atmosphere makes you feel like it's just you and your family. Me and my family have been there more than 5 times. Food was quick and a wide range of food too. Their speciality is their crab. Truly delicious.
Recommended.

Great little restaurant. This hidden gem has gone unnoticed by the major newspaper awards but easily deserves to be a winner. The service is impeccable, the food utterly tastful and the vegetarian selection is plentiful.
As far as food and service go the restaurant is ahead of the pack, the only slight downside is the that the place is relatively small (but maybe that helps them keep the quality up) and that the decor is just average, so it's not really a place you'd take the bank manager!
Anyhow, still a great place and thoroughly deserves credit.
ps. The coconut panacake is to die for!

I cannot even begin to explain how fantastic this place is. Make sure you book as even early in the week this place is busy! I travel from the other side of London to eat here and it never disappoints!
If you're organised enough, pre order the 12 jewelled chicken. Melt in your mouth heaven!
