We decided to eat here following a week away in Italy and a craving for Italian food. The whole experience was rather disappointing. The service was satisfactory, though attention seemed to be focussed on the Take Away/Delivery side of the business and the teenagers waiting outside the restaurant were served before we were. About 30-40 mins after ordering we noticed everyone getting their food, except us. The waitress claimed there was a problem with "the kitchen", when pressed she admitted it was actually a human error. A further 15 mins later my lasagne arrived and was microwaved and burned to a chewy crisp. We were offered free coffees, but neither of us drink coffee. Oh well.

At the end of the meal, she offered to bag the leftovers (i.e. the burnt bits) and when I pointed out it was inedible, she said "sometimes it comes out a little burnt"!! TO their credit they didn't charge us for the lasagne.

I should also say that the next table was about 6 inches from ours - far too close for my liking. Would definitely not go back.

What a wonderful discovery! This place has it all. Melt in the mouth pizzas, a fine range of pasta dishes, a wide variety of fresh salads and the most delicious antipasti. The seafood dishes are especially good and there is always a tempting selection of dishes of the day.

The portions are hefty enough to satisfy the largest appetite and everything is very reasonably priced.

You get a warm welcome, and the service is friendly and attentive without being overpowering. A great place for a night out with friends or a celebration.

I thoroughly recommend this place. Buon appetito!

Went to your Fulham brunch last night and had a fantastic time.

We asked our waiter for some suggestions and he was absolutely correct on all of them. My companion and I were both skeptical about the monkfish but to the waiter credit, it was savory and gorgeous . Calf liver was just cook perfectly .Nice low lights and discreet jazz music. Very nice vibe for a rainy Sunday night. Good going guys.

Decided on organising a dinner out with a few friends to Pappa Ciccio as we saw the really good reviews on the web. pasta was particularly beautiful, al dente, the way it should be. The home made tiramisu was huge and rather rich but appropriately . Service was attentive but not pushy and we able to have a private conversation without fear of eavedropping. Would recommend this establishment to aficionados of Italian food.

Recognise all the reviews below about this place except for the last negative comments about the food , have a dinner 2 day a go and was just superb.I really enjoyed the chocolate fondant and the beef carpaccio was fresh. Serius Italian cooking that different from the norm has create a quite foodie reputation for this Family Trattoria Fulham Spot. Nice atmosphere at night and the staff are helpful.

The Fulham High street branch must be London's worst restaurant. Staff are unattentive, it is very expensive for what you get and when I sent back my cold food it was microwaved and presented 2 minutes later on a new plate. For a BYO it is awful value for money. Avoid.

Overall an experience that can't be faulted. Very good food, especially at deserts which I generally tend to find disappointing in italian restaurants. Large pizzas with good balance of toppings. Good, intimate atmosphere. Reasonably small though with only space for one larger party if they were to book.

For me it's the best italian restaurant in London. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the pizza with grilled vegetables is amazing.

We live nearby and use PC's once maybe twice a week. Excellent fresh food, and nice friendly staff too.

My husband & I LOVE this place!! So much so we chose it to introduce our parents to each other, who are now also fans.

Beautiful antipasto, massive pizzas & white chocolate profiteroles...what more can you ask for?! Even when we've had delivery from here, it's fabulous! It's nice to have 'proper italian' pizza, where you taste the topping, not just the doughy base.

We can't recommend it enough!!
