TGI Friday's (Kingston)
your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne
Me and my collegues chose TGI Fridays in kingston and booked in advance. On arrival we were ushered to a relatively small table considering there were around 10 of us. It was a friday night so you would expect service to be a bit slow as the restaurant was quite busy, however we hardly receieved any service at all. We were greeted by a waitress who looked like she hated her job and refused to partake in the groups banter. The food took well over an hour to arrive. The food was as expected, however we were not approached after we began to eat to ask if everything was ok, as you would expect with a group of our size. Even ordering drinks at the bar seemed to take ages. I had to actually get up and search for someone to clear our plates away and present us with the bill. Due to the slow service and bad atmosphere we chose not to have dessert which we all had looked forward to.
It ended up as a frustrating experience for myself and some of my collegues. I wouldnt bother going back simply for the poor/lack of service.
A smile goes a long way :)
