Spacca Napoli

A great meal! The atmosphere was lively but not too loud; all staff were really friendly and service was prompt. We went for a pre-theatre meal, and as we were tight for time we were happy to find that the food arrived without any delays.

The food itself was delicious. Main course portions were ample, and starters and desserts looked pretty well-sized too. Pizzas were cooked to perfection in a proper pizza oven: a thin base but deliciously thick crust. Highly recommended.

Are you looking for the real Italian food, atmosphere and fun? Spacca Napoli is the best place where you should go and get all. The menu is plenty of choises, i really suggest the fantastic aubergine roll, dry tomatoes and the amazing mozzarella di bufala. After that you have to try The Pizza, with friarielli & salsiccia made from two expert guys (Michele & Nicola). All the staff is wonderfull, helpfull and kind.

Fantastic food.

The food is truely excellent. The prawn and mussel chilli linguini is the best item on the menu. For the first time of my life I ended up eating 2 pizzas with peperoni. You dont get better pizzas outside of italy (and inside as well). The staff friendly and attentive. And best of all the prices are reasonably too!

I have been a couple of times now and always had a fab meal. It's a bustling place, with yummy food and friendly Italian staff. It has always been busy, but in a good way - a great place to catch with friends over a huge plate of mixed anti-pasta and decent wine. I think this is a real gem, especially considering the area.

This is one of my favourite little restaurants in London, and I've been going there for 4 years now - great food, bubbly atmosphere you'd expect to find in a busy Italian restaurant, and very reasonably priced. My favourite dish is the prawn and mussel chilli linguini - yum!!

it was really awful experience I've ever had in restaurants in London.

Although I book table earlier, just had a small table somewhere like storage room in dark place with buch of boxes. the service was really rude and request of changing table was treated badly. Moreover I been asked to stand up from my table because of other customers were getting into inside of table. I understand the busy time of sat. evening, but could it be possible to say sorry or excuse instead of to order to customers in bad manner? dont want recommend this restaurant!!

This place is great, good food, the pizza is one of the best I have tried in London (I'm Italian), the staff are friendly...and it is true, the atmosphere is not the best but it is really good value for money (especially for central London).

So if you want to go with your mates for good food and easy going place...try it!

I reviewed this restaurant a few years back and said that it was fantastic......things have not changed!! Still a great place to eat (though a lot busier my suggestion is go for an early dinner and/or definately book in advance)

Food is great and authentic and prices are very resonable, waiters and staff are helpful. Pasta and Pizza are de-lish and try their bruschetta! You will not be disappointed.

Will be goin back in a few weeks!

When I describe this restaurant as lively, I mean it in the very best way possible, the atmosphere in Spaccanapoli is simply fantastic, every diner appears to be having a fantastic time.

The food has great flavour, is excellently presented, and modestly priced. I've tried several dishes on the menu, each was prepared to the same high standard that I've now come to expect of the staff. Here's a couple of my favourites!

Grilled mixed vegetables served with balsamic vinegar

Their version is possibly the tastiest I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Perfection every time!

Garlic pizza bread (v)

Again, delicious, I can't say much more than that!

Pollo spaccanapoli

Heaven on a plate!

And I've yet to see/taste a single pizza that didn't meet the clear high standards of the kitchen team.

Their wine selection is very good, and for those on a budget you can't go wrong with their house wines.

In short, well worth a visit, and don't be afraid to ask for the set menu, you'll get fantastic quality at an excellent price.
