Limon Shish & Mezze

I ate in limon many times and enjoyed very kind of food. Servise was excellent given by ladies who has lots of smiledlots face and made me feel really relax ( hope to seeign one each day of my life )

The food is ethnic turkish and of the highest quality and the generous portions offer outstading value for money

The restaurant exceeded all of my expectations, the food was fantastic, I have spent a fair amount of time in Turkey and the meal I had at Limon Shish & Mezze rivalled the food I've been served whilst visiing the country.

The mezze was exceptional and particlualry moreish, preparing us prefectly for our grills which were truly flavoursome.

It was excellent value for money and the staff were typical of all the turkish people I have ever met; amazingly kind and hospitable. We stayed chatting to the owner after many guests had left because my family knows Turkey so well. It was a truly enjoyable evening and I have recommended the restaurant to all of my friends.

Limon Shish & Mezze has a modern design, really friendly staff, great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Only a few minutes walk from Wimbledon station; defiantly a restaurant worth visiting!

Only place to eat down in Wimbledon town (infact one of best including the village too). A welcome relief from all the overpriced/poor food chains. Very good value.

Wide menu full of freshly cooked/prepared dishes. Mezze dishes all home made and delicious (partic the large shared platter).

Shish of lamb, chicken and fish all excellent served with fresh salad and lovely eastern spiced rice.

Service very friendly, particularly the manager.

We also get takeaways from here when can't face cooking as a treat!

Worth it? Ohh yes!!

I didn't even know what mezze or shish - delicious food, good value and really simple but yet stylish design.

Absolutely fantastic joint! The meze plates are superb and great to share as a starter.

The chicken and lamb shish seriously take some beating and the accompaniments are excellent too.

Decor is simple but very pleasant and the staff could not be more helpful. Wine list okay but the best bet is the Turkish house white - really decent.

All in all - the best thing that happened to Wimbledon in years. Take note you nonchalant chain eateries - tardy service and over the top prices just don’t make the grade!
