I have been many times to this restaurant and it is superb. The service is friendly and the food is excellent. It is also very good value. I recommend it highly

Went to Limon last night before the cinema, and very glad we did!! Service so friendly, and the food absolutely delicious. Two wives each had the eight mezze dishes - great selection; two husbands each opted for lamb shish with rice and a choice of 4 mezzes. All served with delicious Torkish pide bread, green olives and feta cheese. My wife chose to drink beer, we chose the Turkish dry white wine, and it was excellent. Desserts and a coffe each too. With a good tip, it still only came to £22 a head - a nice surprise when compared with what you will pay in one of the bland chains around. If I have any gripe, it is the rather miniscule piece of feta we had each.

This is my favourite Turkish restaurant in Wibledon or anywhere for that matter. I've been going there for two years and it has been great everytime. It's very inexpensive and the food is always fantastic. Amir is the owner and he is very friendly as well his staff, they make me feel like I am at home when I am there.

Very good service and food, they helped us find good vegan choices.
Seats not comfortable. We had take away.
Unfortunately they forgot to put the salad, rice and olives in the bag!
What we had was vary tasty and we will go again if we are in the area.

This is a small place, the decor is modern cafe style - clean and fresh. Seating is on low square stools - not the most comfortable. I thought the mezze were excellent: good selection, very fresh and tasty, served with excellent bread. The lamb shish was not the best I've had, though perfectly acceptable. The wine was good (a rare event in many small places!) Between the two of us we had one shared mezze starter, one main course each, one shared dessert, a glass of wine, 2 soft drinks and a coffee. Bill was £40, which I thought very reasonable. It's a cafe, so a place for a quickish meal rather a long lingering dinner. but I will definitely return.

Well cooked, tasty, speedy service and very friendly staff. Definately the best restaurant in the Wimbledon town, and good for takeaways. Small independents like this need our support! please go there.

We have just eaten a meal at Limon, the food was good quality, however we had the £9.90 'Your Menu' option and left the restaurant starving. We aren't big eaters but those portions were highly misrepresented by the menu.

Really good food, warm welcome, nice atmosphere, sociable but not too loud, only complaint the chairs which are all stools and a bit unfriendly to the back when you fancy lingering over coffee and chestnuts. The staff were particularly lovely, cheerfully and un-patronisingly explaining pronunciation and ingredients to my Dad (who wasn't at all familiar with Turkish food). He's a total convert now.

I can only add my approval to those who have been fortunate enough to visit this welcome addition to Wimbledon Hill Rd. Quality, flavoursome mezze and shish in modern surrounds. Very well priced for the quality - £9.90 for plate of 4 mezze + shish + rice in the evening. There are cheaper lunch deals. It's small and popular, so book ahead if possible. Only downside - we were a bit disappointed with our dessert - the "chocolate pudding" - don't know what the other choices are like.
