I have been going to this restaurant for years and it must rank as one of the best Thai places in London. The dishes are consistently high quality and the owners Venus and Michael could not be more welcoming. My partner and I will happily travel across London to dine there as the food is superior to many more expensive restaurants. BYO makes it great value.

We have often visited this restaurant for family events and they have always managed to provide excellent food and a friendly service, many times cooking up more traditional dishes, not on the menu, which are excellent.

They really do not mind young kids, we always take ours. It is a very pleasant atmosphere, Venus the host appears to know most of her customers and the chef 'Michael' often comes out to chat, later in the evening.

The food is also very reasonably priced. I would well recommend this restaurant.

I love this restaurant, the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The staff, led by Venus, are very friendly and great with children. We have been taking our daughter there since she was a tiny baby and she's now graduated onto chicken satay and their amazing prawn crackers!

We can't recommend this place highly enough!

I have eaten at the Siam Royal Orchard for several years now and I can only praise the food and service.

The atmosphere is warm, and the food fragrant and traditional (bear in mind that we are not quite in Thailand). And in these tough times it is worth mentioning that it wont cost the earth to eat and even take away when you, like me, get carried away with your order.

For its food, atmosphere and value for money I give the Siam Royal Orchard top marks.

Very disappointing in terms of authenticity, quality, quantity and price. The yum woon sen dish was frankly hopeless and bore very little resemblance to the genuine article. The po taek (for two) contained some of the right ingredients but not enough of them. Generally the dishes were too small and overpriced (even by London Thai restaurant standards) and I have no idea why this restaurant is described as being good value. It is Thai food for those who don't know or want to know what the real thing is like and who don't mind paying at least double what it should cost.

I couldn't agree more with these reviews. I've been here 5 times, and had an excellent meal every time. Based on the number of Thai individuals in the restaurant most nights, it would seem to even be quite authentic.

Michael and Venus are wonderful hosts, they can't do enough for you! This restaurant is a real gem - the food is FANTASTIC and so reasonably priced. Go and check it out for yourself!
