Having eaten here a few times I'm not sure why it gets such bad reviews as I've always found the food very good and the staff friendly.

They have recenty installed some touch screen PC's on a few tables which mean you can order food/drinks without having to deal with a human, which is a nice idea.....you can also order the bill for those in a hurry.

It's on the taste london card so is good value for money if you have one, if not would be a bit pricey, but no more than other "posh burger" places.

For those bored of GBK, this could be the place for you.

Poor.

Burgers - bun was tasteless, the burger tough. The portion of hand-cut chips was small, dry and consisted mainly of very small and over-cooked chips. The onion rings were no better - very, very insubstantial and cooked in dreadful bland oil.

We only ate here because the Zizzi next door had some sort of oven problem and we were handed a 2-4-1 offer outside this place. Even at £20 for two of us including a drink each was over the odds.

Positives - the glass that came with the beer was chilled and the service was okay.

The London Hong Kong downstairs is so much better than this place - go there for pre-cinema Dim-Sum.
