Taste of Spice

I went to this restaurant recently with a large group of friends, on a Saturday night.

I booked the restaurant without going on a recommendation, and I was shocked when I went in there as the decor was incredibly dated and it looked like it needed a good clean.

Our waiter was very efficient but did not crack a smile once and wasn't very friendly.

However, the food was surprisingly nice, and overall I decided that it did make a change to go somewhere a little unusual and not kitted out in chrome. Even if the net curtains could do with a wash.

Went there with a group of 12 friends, and enjoyed the food and friendly service very much. Small and cosy. Good value and recommended.

Myself and 3 colleagues had a pre theatre meal from the A la Carte menu and although the choices were limited it was good value for money and tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, and the staff were quick and efficient. It kicked off a very pleasant evening.
