The website describes the restaurant's service as "quick and hassle free" and yet I have already waited over 1.5 hrs and 3 phonecalls later the food has still not arrived. Hungry and annoyed. I would not recommend this over-priced restaurant unless you like the taste of your own finger-nails.
Incidentally, customer service was so bad that I was greeted by a rather rude, excuse-making, truth-evading member of staff that hung up on me after the second call despite my polite requests for information on the location of my order.

Recently ordered delivery from here, as it is only a 5 minute walk I was hoping for a resonable delivery time, especially as it was lunch and presumably not that busy a time.
I was massively disappointed, the food wasn't delivered for over an hour and half, despite my phoning repeatedly and being told it was 'on its way'.
No apopolgies from the delivery man of course.
Food was ok, I had the Tom Yum Goong to start but it was only luke warm in both heat and chillis and I only got 2 prawns - for £4.50!
Main course was a little better and a good size though not as spicy as I would expect.
I won't be ordering from here again.

Very disappointing,
For starters the food arrived over an hour later and was cold, we had the prawn toast and prawn dumplings to start, neither had the sauce as stated in the menu and were soggy and tasted of oil. Very small portion 1 slice of toast with hardly any prawn costing 4quid!
We then had a red and a green thai curry which both looked the same and were both very soggy, I also ordered a side portion of broccoli costing £5.50 which again mushy (like it had been cooked in a pressure cooker) and again a tiny portion.
Avoid at all costs!
