The Xperience Bar & Takeaway

We've eaten here several times and have had pleasant experiences.

The decor is that of a very pleasant restaurant - there are caribbean themes depicted around the restaurant, however the standard of table dressings, etc are stylish.

The staff have always been very friendly - though sometimes clearing away has been a little slow.

There is a good selection of dishes for meat eaters. Unfortunately, the selections for vegetarians is more limited, however, on occasions when word was passed to the chef she has been willing to rustle up a veg dish.

We think their Saturday night buffet is very good value - all you can eat for one reasonable price - we've done that as eat-in and take out.

If I had a 'complaint' it's that the last we tried they weren't open on Sundays - sometimes you just don't want to cook on a Sunday - I guess they're closed as they feel the same way! Also, I'd like more vegetarian alternatives - it's amazing what could be done with some of the Quorn products if more restaurants would experiment.

Overall a good dining experience for take-away or 'fine dining'
