Very good service, polite and attentive. Starter of Squid with chilli arrived within minutes of ordering. Our second course of crispy duck pancakes was very good, 12 pancakes and plenty of duck. Had to ask for more Hoisin sauce though but supplied without fuss. We had 2 small bottles of warmed Saki as well and the bill came to £32 which I suppose is reasonable.
For a Friday night it was relatively quiet & calm inside Gyoza compared to the boisterous revelry of Cold Harbour Lane outside. They have plenty of tables upstairs but by 10.00 pm these were empty. The toilets were clean and well provisioned.
If I had one very minor complaint it would be the menu. Not its content but the fact that the pages were inserted into a sort of plastic folder (for flexibility I assume) the substance of which was more translucent than transparent. Irritating in low light and for those of us with poor eyesight.
Otherwise Gyoza has my recommendation and I will go again.
