On arrival at this restaurant, our first impression was beautiful, authentic and great that they're open until midnight. Unfortunately, however, our experience of this restaurant rapidly descended. The pasta dishes were good, though, not exceptional and wine list was limited. Worst of all by far, though, was the service. Having been rushed through our meal, one of our desserts was then cleared away whilst we were still eating. The bill arrived without our having asked for it and it included an unitemised service charge, just factored into the total. When I stated I didn't wish to pay the service charge, the waiter just put the bill down and walked away from the table. The manager then came over, confronted us, and explained that we really needed to pay the service charge "because his staff don't work for free" and couldn't comprehend why we weren't happy with the service. A shame that our meal ended up like this, and consequently, I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless they wish to be insulted and humiliated.

All the charm of Italy packed into one room. The food is exquisite and is complimented by the delightful ambience. A welcoming restaurant and the perfect place relax at the end of a hectic day.
