I agree with the last review - the decor is not the best but the food is flavoursome and you get value for your money .

Why pay £30 PLUS when you can have some good food at low price.

My wife and I loved the traditional soup and the rice cane prawns were a delight .

Especially on a winters night the food warms your body and the experiance warms your night .

Well done Hai ha ..... I hope the credit crunch doesnt close your reseraunt . Have a busy 2009

YES the food is cheap.....but very tasty

Our daughter is staying in nearby university residence, during Danis settling in to her new surroundings we popped into the Hai Ha to sample the menu, and we werent disapointed.

Good service ( With a smile ) good desent portions.

Try the Hai Ha house ribs starter ......... mmm with a bowl of curry sauce all I can say it was a taste sensation . and best till last you can bring your own drinkies.

Dont take our word for it ........ pop into Hai Ha and let their FOOD do the TALKING.

I visit this place when i need to fill a hole in my belly, too tired to cook and not too fussed about the taste. Food is not worth talking about.

Tre Viet opposite is tastier but not as good as it used to be - ingredients aren't as fresh and the portions are about 30-40% smaller than before!

Stick to Shoreditch! :)

I ordered a take-away meal (so ignore rating for atmosphere) for 7 people and considering the previous reviews was highly disappointed. All members of my group agreed that the food was generally bland and without much flavour. Some dishes were also extremely oily.

Yes, it's very cheap, but it tastes cheap too.

Splendid and unpretentious.The food was utterly delicious.Background music was appropriately judged and some of the members of staff were rather handsome.i like the BYO alcohol approach:the nearest off licence is 2 mins away and there's a cashpoint down the road (cash and cheque only)
