TAPANCO

I am very surprised to read this comment. We live in the area and this restaurant is one of the most popular places by locals and have a very good reputation. We have been to Tapanco many times for birthday parties and other celebrations and most of the time enjoyed the food and service. Live music is fantastic and you can always get up and dance too. Our friends and us always recomend Tapanco to others.

went here a coupel of months ago... the food was really bland - and confused with mexican and italian menus. i dont understand this place. OK teh music was nice as there isnt much live music around the area.

this isnt a place for parties or anything like that. more sit down, serve your food and go. .

Dont waste a good night out on this place unless you are just going mid week to fill up some time.

sorry...not my cup of tea.

Four of us had meal at tapanco last week. We shared a few tapas dishes as starter, which every one enjoyed. The main course were excellent and service was spot on .The decor, friendly staff and a band playing Latin music, the atmospher was superb.

I have been to Tapanco a number of times for lunch and we always manage to eat and get back to work within an hour. The lunch menu is good value and pleasant. I wouldn't recommend the Tapas in the evening - an authentic Tapas bar would win hands down, but with a range of cocktails, friendly staff, short walk to the station and a big enough restaurant to go in a group, I can find very little reason to complain about Tapanco.
