what a waste of money. The staff no longer care about service, quality of the food ranges from middling to dire - stale, tired and badly made.
I would save my money and go hungry in future.

My girlfriend and I thought we would enjoy a meal together on a warm Thursday evening. We ended up at Just Falafs and sat outside. Although there were two waiters who seemed to be doing nothing in particular, I had to go inside to order our food, and ended up queuing for about 25 minutes while one man struggled to deal with customers. Eventually I reached the counter only to be told that the falafel, the house speciality, could only be accompanied by two types of salad, rather than the wealth of greens promised on the limited menu because they had run out of everything except beetroot.
On an evening that was about 27 degrees celsius, they were only able to offer me an unchilled glass of white wine rather than one that had been in the fridge.
When our wraps eventually arrived, they were absolutely tiny and the falafel disintegrated into breadcrumbs.
The service was appalling, the portions were not what was promised on the menu and were tiny (£7 for a wrap that contained about four mouthfuls) and my girlfriend was not too happy about having spent the majority of our evening on her own. We left hungry and dissatisfied and won't be back. Rubbish.

My girlfriend comes here regularly as she prefers a healthy alternative to the usual pret sandwich etc.
Unfortunately we will not be visiting this place again.
Today I was asked to leave their seating area as I had with me a bottle of diet coke that I hadn't purchased from them. Despite my girlfriend paying extra for her falafel to eat in the seated are. The person who asked me to leave identified himself as the owner and said he makes the rules and I had to go as I wasn't a customer. I tried to reason with him that my girlfriend had fully paid and I just wanted to sit with her. But that apparently is not allowed. He was extremely rude and undiplomatic in his reasoning so we left.
It most definitely spoiled an otherwise lovely day.
Oh and there were at least 5 vacant tables, so i wasn't taking up space.

Food was excellent. We ordered lamb and the FLT. The lamb was certainly a highlight and we would definitely eat there again if we were in the area. We did not have to wait long to be served however we did have to wait for our food to arrive. To be fair it was very busy. Overall excellent.

I found out about this place during work experience at the national magazine company in Soho. I went there for lunch one day and now I have to go there every time I am in London! I love falafel and find it quite hard to find a really good one, and this place is perfect! I am quite critical when it comes to food but I cant fault this place. Gimme a yogi bear and organic cola any day!

Having eaten falafels in many different countries, I have to say that the goods offered up at Just Falafs is, by far, the best I've had. It's the kind of food that makes you wish you had a bottomless stomach so that you could just keep eating.
I am now a regular patron of this fine eatery - one of the best in Soho. Great for lunch or dinner!

I'm a vegetarian, but I don't eat fatty foods. I looked on their website and asked them if the falafel was fried. It wasn't. That was great news and while it is full calorie, take a look at the website because it's all good stuff and you can see the calorie count and ingredients. It tastes fantastic, although a little pricey if you want extra sauce or like 5 additional beans, but very tasty and satisfying. Staff could be nicer when they are making it, but overall, something I travel far for.
