sounds a load of made up crap (the other reviews) - don't believe them. Look how crap their website is and that'll tell you what they're all about!

I have eaten at La Giralda since 1988. This amazing restaurant has been consistently excellent since my first visits. The menus are good and there is an excellent short lunch menu with more than adequate portions if you have work to do in the afternoon.

Many dishes have been favourites over the years and currently we find the beef dishes to be really good value. Their tapas, a few tasy morsels and a small glass of sherry is excellent value before the meal. This week tried their house rioja, very nice. Their desert wines and cognacs are also a revelation at their very reasonable prices

Being from a Spanish family I first came here in 1979 as a child, so when I moved into the area recently my husband & I paid it a visit. In short, the food was wonderful. Very good value for money, 3 courses for £17.50 plus drinks. Good service, attentive without being overpowering. Bill works out to be around £25 per person with drinks/wine. We last went around 2 weeks ago with an English friend of ours who had never eaten Spanish food, needless to say he is now a convert! I recommend the fabada to start with, it is divine.
