Patara (Beauchamp Place)

My boyfriend and I ordered take out from Patara last weekend. I got the Pad Thai while he got the Pad See Ew (wasn't on the menu but they were very happy to make it for us). Both dishes were absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend it. We eat out a lot and Patara is definitely a place I will return to.

We - a party of four - arrived by seven pm (with no booking) on Jan. 1st and were lucky to be given table by a friendly waitress. The Beauchamp Patara seems to be run very smoothly and efficiently by women only. The food was served promptly and we all appreciated the dishes chosen. The wine - a chianti was just perfect. The desserts were a real treat too.

We certainly will return to this restaurant.

I have always been to Patara Beauchamp. I like the food and the service very much and I can not find the best place like Beauchamp for Thai food in London.

I really want to say that the best place you have to go once.

Just been to the Patara in Beauchamp Place and was satisfied with the meal. But when it comes to the service I really need to add a word of caution. Unlike other branches of the same name where one is served by four or five attendants like in South Kensington, I was surprised that only one or two waitresses were taking care of the entire floor. Other members of the staff seem to have vanished when I tried to call someone ?!.

Obviously as there were about a dozen of tables with guests, the quality of the service could not be as good as in other branches I had been to. Sadly disappointing !

The staff was always busy, therefore If you care about service with good attending manners, avoid Beauchamp ! Just not worth the service charge !

just came and was thoroughly dissapointed! Being a fan of the maddox st restaurant, i would rave about it but this one was awful! From the service to the actual quality of food, it was a complete disaster! THe staff werent too bothered and on numerous occasions we had to call them over.

Ok, so we thought the food maybe better, as it always is, but again i was totally let down.

the green curry that i had looked forward to all day, was too runny and soo chilli that the taste was ruined, and im asian so i can generally take chilli.

All in all i feel let down, will definitely stick to the maddox street restaurant!
