Superb decor accompanied by a great and very extensive cocktails menu - wine list was a little lacking. Unfortunately we waited an hour for our mains after our starters were cleared, although felt lucky as the table behinds food didnt arrive. The service was very friendly and we were brought a bottle of wine on the house and the table behind had all their drinks for free which by the state of them I am certain was quite substantial.

When the food did arrive it was very good, salmon was perfectly cooked and not oily at all. Will go again for cocktails although will wait until the kitchen finds its feet before eating there again.

“It was the ideal location for my 30th bday - spacious and grown-up enough that I wasn't pressed against hordes of teenyboppers but glamorous enough to make me feel like I wasn't becoming middle-aged. The food was delicious, cocktails heavenly, and the waiters super-friendly - rare in a London bar. The different levels and rooms, including the leafy beer garden all have a different vibe, making it a slightly different experience each time you visit. If you haven't been before, go now!”

Myself and five clients had dinner here last week and i must report how wonderful the food was, it was supported by a impressive wine list and hosted by the most friendly of staff. The haddock and mash is highly recommended. Lost Society has just gained six regular customers. Well done.

Staff were friendly and attentive and the venue was stunning.

Sadly the food was not up to the surroundings.

The menu was very limited with only 3 or four choices per course, some of which were not available.

The beer list was impresssive though.

We had the asparagus salmon egg starter and my girlfriend had the roast beef. The main crtiticsm was that the potatoes were obviously reheated from frozen giving that telltale texture that left them wanting.

My haddock and spinnach florentine was good, but again the mashed potatoes seemed re-heated.

It was a pleasant venue but I will not be going back.

Fab decor, lovely (and cute!) staff, scrummy food- the sharing platters and roasts are particularly good- and all at reasonable prices. I am lucky enough to live up the road so will be back very soon!
