Strada (Battersea)

It's been just over two years since anyone has reviewed this place - for the record: It's still great. Daytime it's a kids place. If you find this part of Battersea a kids nightmare this place will not disappoint. The evening though changes the whole outlook. Good value, the staff are on the whole good, there is one particularly warm front of house waiter who could show some of the West End restaurants how to meet and greet and seat!

If you arrive before 7pm be sure to take advantage of the Pizza, Pasta, Starter and Wine deal for 7.95!

Our waiter didn't offer us this deal and overheard another waiter telling the girls on the next table so not a great start!

The food arrived swiftly and was gorgeous, portion sizes are generous. I would recommend the pesto bread for starters and Buffalo Pasta.

My only gripe would be the service, everything appeared very rushed and staff were eager to leave for the new arrivals, not a big problem as we made it into Dixie's before Happy Hour Ended!
