Loved it! Ate there two days in a row. the lasagna was the best I have ever had, thin and delicate. The gnocchi was also excellent. Great location near the museums, good hours so you can have a late lunch which seemed hard to find in London. Good wines paired well with the food. Welcoming staff. It is low-key and a bit basic with regards to the interior but who cares? The food is delicious.

This under-stated, one-window restaurant hides what is probably the best Italian cuisine you will get in London. As an Italian expatriate in the Square Mile, I have been trying quite a lot of places but this is the only one where I could really feel like in Naples.

Some highlights: fish is fresh, pasta is well cooked, the wines selection is small and well fit to the dishes, the atmosphere is friendly and familiar. The tiramisu’ cake is something you should not miss – diet can wait until tomorrow anyway.

I have been here several times. The place is simple and maybe a little bit tired but on the food nothing to say! You can have a top quality italian meal for an affordable price in a prime location.

First stopped in for coffee and a pastry while waiting or the V&A to open. The staff was delightful and the pastry excellent. We vowed to have dinner there on our next trip, since this was our last day and we already had reservations elsewhere.

Lat month, we finally made it and it was worth the wait. My husband's calamari were the best he'd ever had and he's had a lot. My polpette was also very good. I was disappointed I hadn't had the calamari so we went back the next night . He was right they were the best I'd ever had too. The house wine was just fine and we have placed Orsini on our permanent restaurant list. Can't wait until March so we can dine there again
