Absolutely horrible! Went Oct 21, 2011. First, my wife sliced her thumb in the bathroom while trying to grab toilet paper. We asked for water - never got it; we asked for chopsticks - never got it; we ordered two rices - only got one; we ordered TomYum soup and that arrived as we were finishing. We told them just to pack it to go. They said that they had a large take out order..but that shouldn't matter. I ordered shrimp with veges and got 5 shrimp, that's it - which came to about $5 per shrimp for the dish and the flavor was average. The soup was nothing special either. The menu says a 'discretionary' 12.5% service charge may be added - I complained and they said they'd give a discount. They still added the 12.5%, at their discretion, and still charged us for the food that only arrived when we were finished. They took 20% off that but it was still GDP $5 over what the food bill was. I explained that discretion meant 'choice' and yet they still stuck to the charge. I wrote 'under protest' when signing the receipt. I called to complain, never got a call back - i emailed for a response and never received a return. My next call is to AMEX.

Went there with my family and left the place very unimpressed. Service and food were very poor with the waitress barely understanding english and naming courses by their number.
But even more disappointing was the food. Although the taste was not bad (not great) either the size of the portions was so ridiculous. Even with a small appetite one would leave the place hungry. I'd say that none of our dishes had more than 60-80grams of meat in it and once you remove the veggies, this is it.. My chicken sweet and sour had actually 6 pieces of chicken.
The chicken skewers is probably the best option for a starter while I would recommend to stay away from the Minced shrimps toast and the wontons. The 2 desserts we ordered were pan fried and so greasy that we could barely taste the banana.
Add to that the bill which came at c.£110 for 4 people. And please don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of asian cuisine and wouldn't mind paying more for quality food.

My family and I spend half the year in thailand and the rest back. In england , I therefore feel qualified to say that this is the most authentic thai food available in london. The decor is simple but the service and food are both first class as is the range of dishes available. - brought a party of 18 friends here for dinner and all agreed that the food was second to none. highly recommended.
