Usually get takeaway's from here, but have eaten in occasionally. I found the food to be quite satisfying, but although i order the same thing everytime, the flavour sometimes varies. Apart from that, i have no other complaints.

Went for an anniversary meal on Wed night.

Service - excellent and very friendly

Meal - unsurpassed as ever. Have been to Thailand and can honestly say that this is the most authentic Thai we have had in and around the Middlesex area.

Overall - have always had fantastic meals at Twin Boys, lovely service and reasonable prices.

Dear Twin Boy,

I was very please to hear that you were open on Christmas Eve so my partner

and I, usually Take away customer only, have reserved a table for 2 at 8pm.

We are both disappointed with the poor service we had experience on that

evening.

First we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to place our order, then we were

never offered any prawn crackers, but surprisingly enough the table next to ours,

came in after us but had the crackers served first. When the waitress came

to take their order, the customer next to us, actually said to the waitress

that we were here first so she should take our order first!!!!!

The 2 glasses of red house wine were served but we had 2 different kinds....

Nearly after 25 minutes I ask for some prawn crackers with the sauce, but we

never had the sauce!!!!

Our starter came on time and soon after the main course which we have no

complaints a part for the fact that I think the rice portions are very small, so

we asked for an extra portion but we never received it.

We finished the meal and the waitress cleared out table at around 10.15pm.

She then offered a dessert menu which 25 minutes later we had not yet received.

My partner and I really wanted a cake and coffee but unfortunately it was

nearly 10.45 when we decided to pay, go home and have the cake and coffee

there.

It looked like there were 2 inexperienced waiters in the restaurant which we

do not mind at all, but our small meal lasted from 8pm till 10.45 which I

believe to be too long.

Regards,

Went with a friend in September, midweek so restaurant was quiet but not empty.

The food was excellent & so was service. A great local restaurant & a nice change from all the indian restaurants popping up everywhere. It was my friend's first visit & she raved about it. Will definitely return. It is also excellent value for money.
