Pazzia Restaurant

We found this restaurant while staying at a nearby hotel on a trip to Thorpe Park. The restaurant was very busy for a Thursday night and we were very lucky to be seated. The atmosphere was great and the service was efficient. The food was amazing, we enjoyed every bit of it and the prices were reasonable for the quality of our order.
We would highly reccomend Pazzia!

Recently, I had the good fortune to visit PAZZIA on the edge of Sunninghill, London Rd.
Great place! The food is excellent and the staff do a hell of a lot of running, are courteous, friendly and extremely helpful! In this area, I think it's pretty much on it's own and stands out as far as atmosphere and location goes. They have some interesting live music on the weekends. I could seriously recommend a night out here. Lots of couples, groups and larger parties on the night we were there.
Prices from very average to expensive so take your pick. The starters are great and the mains even better. Personally I never have room for the last course but make up for it on the wine!
Well done!

This was the worst service I have ever experienced! We arrived in good spirits and were happy to sit outside, due to the fact that it was a warm evening. However, two hours later with no food, it had got quite chilly. We were served bread and drinks by at least four different members of the waiting staff, some of whom were pleasant. However, when I went indoors to ask when we were going to be served, the waitress I spoke to did not even offer an apology for the fact that we had waited 2 hours! Really, really poor.

I visited as aparty of four on a Saturday night in March. The restaurant was very busy. Overall I found the experience quite dissapointing. The room was very hot and the service slow. My food was badly cooked. For my main I ordered liver, cooked pink. When it arrived it was cooked but cold, sitting on warm mash. When I told the staff it was taken away and the same serving was returned hot. Upon questioning I was informed that they had placed my dish under a hot grill to re heat. How you can re heat a previously cooked piece of meat and expect it to return "pink". I can only assume that the liver was pre cooked and the kitchen had not reheated it. Even MacDonalds only cooks their meat once and serves. I assume the management think the customer is a fool.

Go on a Friday or Saturday for the best atmosphere in Berkshire! Fabuolous fresh food, lovely wines and the piano man plays great music while you eat. It;s a great night out. Can't wait to go again!
