Sathiyams

We recently had our office party at this restaurant. The food was nice, the prices reasonable (drinks were expensive but we expected this). The restaurant decor was very classic and beautiful. We asked for some music, one waiter said that the system had stopped working and another who heard our request then quickly fetched the remote and switched it on. The service was a big disappointment. The waiters took very long to get our drinks and food, and did not even have the courtesy to come and explain why. When serving our food, they didn't always remember, neither did they ask when they brought our food, who was eating what. They did take criticism on the chin though, and with a smile! Generally, we felt that there was not enough of them, which is why there was a lot of confusion, resulting in poor service.

Have been to this restaurant several times. Food seems to be getting worse. The curries were far too salty.

The prices of soft drinks far too excessive, when I queried this I was told "This is not an off licence, this is a Restaurant - How Rude....

£6 for a small bottle of coke, £1.50 for a can.

Average food - over priced....

Will definitely NOT be returning.

I recently took my family from abroad to Sathiyams, and to my delight, we all had a great time. The staff were friendly, and took good care of us. To top of, the prices are amazingly low compared to other posh looking restaurants. I would definitely recommend them, for a decently priced meal with class.

we have been to this restaurant for a get together. to be honest it ruined our night.Even from starters to the main food every single we dish we ordered were not all good.Moreover, the service provided by the people there was terrible. We need to call them for every small things like filling up the water glass.This restaurant is highly not recommendable.

I am amazed by the lack of professionalism that was exhibited here for my mother's 60th birthday meal. Rude, unfriendly staff. Felt like we (party of 30) had being too much hassle and inconvience for them. The food in the end was ordinary.

Would I recommend it? Most definately not!
