stumbled upon this camden eating place whilst making our way to the markets .

booked for an evening meal , what a wise choice !

the service , atmosphere , price , and above all the food was amazing !

calzone - i died and went to heaven , actually i didn't , been back since and will return in march on our next mini break .

tried many london relax and eat places , but this is the best !

A fun and buzzing Italian place especially on a Friday night. Great food and a good atmosphere. Open kitchen means you can watch the pizzas being made – they are great tasting with so many choices. My favourites are the Quattro Formaggi and the Calzone. Go with a group and get a bit of a taste of everything!

La Porchetta is a gem for good quality food Italian food! The Whitebait is incredible and their portions are a generous size. Pizzas are great and the pastas are just as good, it’s a struggle picking something off the menu so I go with a group of people and share everything because everything is worth a taste!

I have been here quite a few times and actually held a family party at the chalk farm one. They were great with their service ensuring there was always drinks on the table, food was flowing consistenly and even joined in singing happy birthday. On other occasions it is ideal for a quiet dinner with friends. I will continue to keep going back!

Great food, great service - all round great evening.

Yet another decent restaurant on Chalk Farm Road. One day I'll have reviewed all of them!

It's simple, but it's done very well. And with just about everyone selling you pizza these days, that's quite a tough mark to hit. Being well-placed between a few pubs and near a couple of tube stations, all this place had to do was a good job. Given that it does exactly this, it's little wonder that it's popular.

I had a great time here so I'm keen to go back.
