I have been visiting this establishment even before the restaurant part was opened. Generally after watching the football!

I am a little older now and takeaways after the pub are less common, however since the restaurant part opened myself and my other half have visited on a number of occassions for a sit down meal. The food is always excellant and freshly prepared.

OK it's not an up market restaurant but it's great value for money. We generally share a starter because the main course is quite filling (especially if you go for a yogurt dish), a drink and a dessert and we don't go over £25 for both of us.

If I have to critisise one thing, the last time we were there I noticed some of the seats need repairing. Apart from that, the staff are friendly and head chef Ali (a.k.a cousin) will always remember you.
