Ordinary turkish food, nothing special. The service is awful

Despite my calling to confirm our booking they said I didn't have one when we got there then eventually found it, placing us right next to the open kitchen - be warned you will leave smelling like a kebab shop. The staff were unbelievably rude, shouting over the tables at each other, and as for the food, below average.

Never again in this place.

Disappointing!

I went there with my friend for dinner. The staff wasn't nice at all and the food was average. We had oily doner and the worst adana kebab I have ever tasted! So bad,

I will never return.

I don't know if the people who love this place is talking about the same place i went to.

The food had absolutely no taste and It was cramped

ok for a cheap lunch, service poor not a place to take clients,

atmosphere lacking, tables too close and the food quick but very basic

Will never go there again

it's really special, if you're a meat eater or even for veggies - big plates of meat, fresh salad and wonderfully cooked aubergine. staff are always polite, wear 'Durum' ties and serve you promptly. the queue for take aways spills out into the street.

Very disappointing and highly over-rated

looks great but does not live up to expectations. Waited 10 minutes before we called waiter over to give us drinks, food ok, . No atmosphere. Manager incompetent in dealing with complaints. After we complained, they still charged us service charge on the bill.

If you are looking for a lovely night out, do not go to this restaurant.

My husband and I were a regular visitor to this durum reastaurant in the past many years

In our latest visit, the food (doner kebab) was horrible, the bread underneath was old, the sauce was too chunky and the meat was horrible. There was no meat actually, it was some other parts of the animal but meat. Although they knew we were regulars, the staff was very rude when we we complained about the food.

I am not planning to go there again

I went DURUM with other 6 people, we ordered for 4, but they kept bringing food for 6, even after we explained to the waiter that there was an error, one of them just left when we were complaining! another one wasn't able to speak any english, poor guy, unbelievable

the food was even nothing special, not authentic at all.

I highly NOT suggest this place to any food lover.
