The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I started with the ham terrine, which was tasty if not exceptional. The amuse bouche, which consisted of chorizo atop a sliver of beef was exquisite. Best of all was the main course, pork with cabbage. The pork tasted absolutely amazing, and the sides, potatoes and leek were really generous. Dessert was mud pie, despite coming on a trolley it was quite delicious.
The wine list was not extensive, but the Beaujolais was good, and served just right. Staff returned to serve bread and water unprompted and amply.
Service was decent, if a little timid, but staff are very friendly. The room is quite nice. And of course, three courses for £22 makes it very hard to complain.
I recommend it higly.

Excellent value for money. Enjoyed a very pleasant celebration meal with
25 friends in the Escoffier room. Delicious food served by pleasant young students. Only regret - it was not silver service that evening.
Will be going again - this time we will be the hosts.

Excellent underdone salmon to start, moist rare venison for main course, desert was a bit too creamy and tasteless. But service was peleasant and enthusiastic. Good atmosphere. I was there for office lunch but intend on taking my family there.

The Vincent Rooms is a sensation !
Not becuase it competes with the Michelin Star restaurants, but because it is exceptional value for money while it still manages to deliver very reasonable food and service.
The restaurant is run by the students of Westminster College which explains why their delivery of a conservative style menu is a little nervous. That said, they are eager to please and without exception, all service was with a genuine smile. How often do you get that ?
I should add that the Lamb Cutlets were perfectly cooked as were most of the dishes served.
At £85 for dinner of 3 people, 3 courses and 2 bottles of wine (£20 each), it is a far better value dining experience than most.
Go now for both the value and the pleasure of supporting the next generation of restaurantuers.
