This is a wonderful restaurant, serving fresh seafood. Each time I have dined there I have always found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful, and the food is excellent.

BAD RESTAURANT! I would never recommend it to anyone else, and I will never go back again! The food was very average, and the service was way below standard. We waited for 10 minutes before the waiter came to take our orders, and waited for an hour for the food to arrive. At throughout the whole time, the waiter didn't seem to care at all whether we have been served. When asked about why it took so long for the food to come, the answer was that their kitchen was too small! COME ON! Unless you want to end your night with bad mood and getting sick from sitting in a freezing restaurant waiting for your food, don't ever dine at Curve!

Great restaurant and service and reasonably priced given the fact that you are in a 4* hotel. We only had time to stop for a quick bite and opted for the fish and chips and this was excellent. Service was attentive but not too hurried and the warm fresh decor and wharf views all made for a very pleasant meal. Would love to go back and do the menu justice as the fresh fish starters and main courses looked very tempting.

We dined here recently as a small group and had a nice experience. The staff were very polite and friendly and took time to explain the meals and specials. The fish was fresh and good quality. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the relaxed atmostphere. Would come back again.

Curve has recently been redesigned and has reopened as a fish restaurant. The improvement has been considerable. As locals, my wife and I now eat there regularly. The fish and the quality of the cooking are very good for the price, and the service is friendly and polite. Since its a hotel restaurant it tends to be a bit quiet so can lack atmosphere, although not so much if you dine outside in the summer

Billed has having fresh fish from Billingsgate Market, we were looking forward to a fish treat at a restaurant right on our doorstep.

We left utterly disappointed. Mussels came in the most salty of sauces, it nearly made you choke! The fresh fish platter consisted of an extremely watery 1/2 lobster, slightly bigger than your average king prawn, and dubious whether their version of "fresh" actually meant "freshly frozen". Another fresh item included in the platter was Green lip mussels which come "freshly frozen" from NZ!

It's a real shame, they have a superb location, they have access to the best fish market, yet they chose to serve second rate food and charge for the real deal.

Ending on a good note the service was excellent, but you don't just eat out for the service.
