The Chutney

Me and my boyfriend recently moved to the area and have tried this restaurant a couple of times. The food has been consistently good, the service is excellent. I always thought curry houses were only good to go to after a few beers at the end of a night but this place gives a true restaurant experience with great tasting flavoursome Indian food. It's excellent value for money and the staff really know how to look after you. We've taken friends and they loved it as well. We will be going back very soon!!

This place is fantastic, as our the takeaways. Service is great and the prices are even better.

It was the first dinner out for me and my husband by ourselves since we moved to London. Nice experience. We will defenitely go again, with our families when they come to visit us.

We come up from Wiltshire regularly and enjoy going to the Chutney very much. A friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Top marks. We have also tried their home delivery sevice, and it is excellent, delivered fast and kept hot.

Been to The Chutney several times. Consistently good, though lately it's been extra tasty. The chicken biryani is delicious. Very friendly service, recognize their locals even if you're only stopping in for some takeaway. The only gripe is that I wish they were open for lunch because I'd eat there then, too!

Always friendly service and good quality food. Not just the old "high street" menu but some standout dishes including, I thikn it's called Chum Chum chicken, to start.

Recognise their locals and usually treat us to a free booze!

Have been here twice and had a fantastic curry each time. Some more modern indian dishes but also do all the old favourites.
