Fantastic restaurant. My parents have been going here for 20 years, and I visited for the first time just recently. I couldn't recommend this any more highly. The food was far better than most of the stuff I ate when I went to Istanbul!

The staff are friendly and very obliging, they even went out of their way to make us a dish which wasn't on the menu. The atmosphere is second to none.

The food itself was beautiful. The portions were, as others have said, very generous, the mixed mezze platter was enormous! It was all well-presented and delicious.

Authentic Turkish beer served, as well as Buzbag Turkish wine, which I'd recommend. The prices were astoundingly cheap considering the amount of food (and drink!) we had, and the restaurant's location. Definitely recommended, as good as it gets.

I visited this restaurant tonight, I ordered kofte and he brought kebab instead. He apologized about it but he charged for expensive kebab. ..(be aware !) the waiter were obtrusive and very distracting. I asked for tap water and he completely forgot about it. The food was not value for money.It was very dry meat. I will never go back to this place.

We (2 of us) discovered this by chance last night, looking for a quick bite. We chose the Hot and Cold Mezze to share. A generous serving and a tasty mixture - easily up to anything I had in Istanbul.

Our choice seemed to be conformed by the arrival of a large Turkish family who were obviously regulars.

Early evening service was fast, attentive and friendly - and good value for a near West End location.

We'll certainly go back to try the main dishes.
