Although the take away food was excellent as ever, the whole eating experience was ruined by by two things. It took over 38 minutes to arrive and I ordered two kids meals and asked if instead of the ice lolly and the other option, if i could have a glass of soft drink instead. The manager promptly refused. My kids do not like the options given. Considering i was taking the meal away and yet paying the same price as eating in you can understand my disappointment. Perhaps the manager should concentrate on improving delivery time and trying to keep the goodwill of the customers rather than following the rule book. It is the little things that impress. This last visit left me annoyed; i will think twice before visiting again.
