Chef Theodore Kyriakou (the man behind Livebait and The Real Greek) will open a new Greek restaurant and food store in King's Cross this September. The shop will stock Greek produce from small regional producers, while the restaurant will serve traditional dishes like Cretan deep-fried courgette flowers, souvlaki and filo pies.

Opening on the 8th floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the City this September, Galadari is a penthouse-inspired restaurant, bar and roof terrace. The restaurant will serve Japanese grilled meats and seafood, sushi, and light izakaya-style small plates. On the drinks front, there will be shochu cocktails, Japanese whiskey, sake, and a range of Laurent Perrier vintages.

This September, a new cocktail and small plates bar will open at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. TwoRuba will be open all day, serving breakfast classics and a menu of Borough Market inspired dishes like pulled pork sliders, chorizo focaccia, and garlic-yuzu king prawns. Drinkers can look forward to iced sorbet cocktails and a selection of signature tipples.

The Maroush Group will open a new bar and restaurant in a former Victorian gin palace in St John's Wood this October. Head chef Arek Bober (ex-Pollen Street Social) will serve dishes like miso marinated lamb shoulder and crab gnocchi with courgettes and chilli, as well as some contemporary Lebanese dishes.

Bo Drake is an East Asian BBQ restaurant with chef Jan Lee (ex-Roka) at the helm. Opening in Soho in November, it will serve dishes like slow-cooked BBQ duck, kimchi and potato pancakes, crispy crab with aioli and lime, and pork and eel dumplings. A small bar area will offer a short wine list, soju and other Korean-inspired drinks.
