Following the success of their Fitzrovia seafood shack, the Bonnie Gull team will open a seafood cafe on Exmouth Market on April 22nd. Fish fans can look forward to beer-battered Manx Queenies, 'smash your own' cock crab, lobster rolls, and a Cockney po' boy. Diners looking for a quick bite can perch at the shellfish table and tuck into oysters, cockles and langoustines served traditionally on newspaper.

Opening on level 35 of The Shard on May 6th, the Shangri-La Hotel's restaurant TING will be open all day, serving 'European food with a hint of Asian flavour'. Using produce from nearby food markets, the chefs will serve dishes like Hainanese chicken rice, char kuey teow, laksa and nasi goreng. TING will also serve afternoon tea (traditional English or Asian-inspired) and an exclusive selection of Chinese teas.
