Opening in Fulham at the end of July, Eelbrook is a new all-day eatery with chef Brett Barnes (ex-Duck Soup) at the helm. The menu will include pork cheek croquettes, cod confit with crab sauce and courgette flowers, and ricotta & nettle gnudi. The restaurant will also offer breakfast and brunch options, which diners can enjoy all year round on the heated covered terrace.

Opening their first location in St Paul's on July 28th, Suchef specialises in healthy dishes cooked using the sous-vide technique. Diners can choose a sous-vide main like chicken or plaice and then pair it with a healthy side and flavour-packed sauce. The restaurant will also serve salads, soups and their own-branded teas.

Japanese ramen restaurant Kanada-Ya is launching its first UK location on St Giles High Street this August. It will specialize in authentic tonkotsu ramen and all noodles will be made on site. Their signature ramen includes a secret sauce which is imported from the original restaurant where it is hand-made by Mr Kanada.

Following the success of his chicken and steak restaurants in Shoreditch and the City, chef Mark Hix will open Hixter Bankside in Southwark this summer. Located in a former Victorian tin box printing factory, the new site will feature two dining rooms, a glass-fronted kitchen, and a Mark's Bar in the basement.

Opening on the 8th floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the City this September, Galadari is a penthouse-inspired restaurant, bar and roof terrace. The restaurant will serve Japanese grilled meats and seafood, sushi, and light izakaya-style small plates. On the drinks front, there will be shochu cocktails, Japanese whiskey, sake, and a range of Laurent Perrier vintages.

Chef Theodore Kyriakou (the man behind Livebait and The Real Greek) will open a new Greek restaurant and food store in King's Cross this September. The shop will stock Greek produce from small regional producers, while the restaurant will serve traditional dishes like Cretan deep-fried courgette flowers, souvlaki and filo pies.
