The Restaurant Show and Restaurant Live - so much to savour
The Restaurant Show and Restaurant Live 2005, the UK’s largest dedicated restaurant industry exhibition, takes place from Monday 19th to Wednesday 21st September at London’s Olympia. The event will be the biggest to date with the most diverse range of suppliers already confirmed. The exhibition space is a near sell-out. Over 12,000 of the most respected restaurateurs, chefs and sommeliers will come to the show to find out how to enhance their establishments further.
A range of activities will be available throughout the show including Culinary Skills Live- a great opportunity to see leading chefs within the industry such as Georgio Locatelli and Jean-Christophe Novelli share their valuable knowledge. The theatre will be open with hourly slots for the duration of the show. Visitors can also visit The Food Village, an area where food producers, wholesalers and distributors will showcase their products or The Fresh Market, where local producers come to London. Expect great fish, vegetables, meat and cheeses along with unusual beers, spirits and more.
If you can’t make up your mind between food and drink, you should come and see Food and Drink Match, which was hugely successful last year, when 3,000 people were inspired to try iced tea with Roquefort and cherry beer with chocolate.
